Originally born in Havana, Cuba, Mims’ extensive knowledge of harnessing technology to optimize consumer acquisition, retention, and engagement will be instrumental in propelling UrbanStems to new heights. As the new CEO, she will take on the critical role of shaping UrbanStems' strategic vision, elevating the customer experience, and expanding the company's market presence. This milestone positions the company to forge deeper relationships with its suppliers in Latin America, the global hub for flower cultivation, and underscores its commitment to diversity and inclusion.
Mims brings deep knowledge and expertise in brand strategy, and deep understanding of the UrbanStems’ female customer base, making her the ideal first female CEO to guide UrbanStems into its next phase of growth and transformation. Mims has lived and worked on four continents, leading teams at Fortune 500 companies world-wide. She’s previously held executive positions in both nonprofit and corporate organizations including Cemex, Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, and Cable & Wireless, PLC.
