Prior to joining Trilogy, Russell served as Chief Operations Officer of United Site Services (“USS”), a leading temporary site services provider of portable sanitation and temporary fence rentals with over 100 service locations across the nation. At USS, Russell played an integral role in the transformation of the organization’s operational playbook, commercial engine, digital capabilities, and strategic vision. Before USS, Russell spent 10 years at Aggreko in multiple executive leadership roles, including Managing Director of North America and SVP of Product Development (HVAC) and Head of M&A for North America. With his extensive prior experience, Russell is well positioned to lead the Company through its next phase of growth while maintaining the highest standards of compliance in the midst of an evolving regulatory backdrop.
